Abstract:
This article discusses the concept of corruption the definition of corruption risks. Currently, the development of society, the public administration and public audit are increasing in importance with the increasing centralization of government and society. A side effect of any of centralization is the increase of corruption, strengthen the commitment of regional and specialized structures to use official position for their own selfish interests. Therefore, the definition of the appearance of possible corruption zones and identifying corruption risks is important and necessary to manage a modern state
