Abstract:
Article is devoted to understanding the impact of the scientific paradigm on formation of the postulates of the organization of Prosecutor's supervision. Understood the role of epistemological thinking in the field of Prosecutor's supervision as a component of the scientific paradigm. Investigated ideological and socio-cultural bases of the organization of Prosecutor's supervision.
