Abstract:
In this article the author sets a task of studying of a problem of interaction of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Empire with bodies of military counterintelligence on the eve of and in the years of World War I. Besides, in article projects of reforming of counterprospecting bodies are considered. In the conclusion of article the author come to a conclusion that the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Empire took active part in process of creation and functioning of counterprospecting bodies.
