Abstract:
In given article the author researches a question of transformation of legal culture of Tajiks, and also its substantial components within the framework of an Islamic civilization. It is necessary to notice that in territory of historical Tajikistan in existence of an Islamic civilization such dynasties as Tahirids, Saffarids, Samanids, etc. The author pays attention to influence of these dynasties and methods of their board in perfection of legal culture of the population. It is found out that as a whole legal culture of Tajiks has in many respects undergone transformations under an impact and influence of Islamic values. However spiritually-cultural components of zoroastrian legal culture nevertheless provided continuity of the former law
