Abstract:
This article discusses and comments on art.13 on the fundamentals of protection of the health of citizens in the Russian Federation, is a thesaurus of the Act, are his principles. In the most general form of the law involves the creation of a common space for medical assistance and the gradual transition from the health care system, aimed mainly at treatment of diseases, to a system of health protection of citizens, based on the priority of healthy lifestyles, improving functionality of the organism and prevent disease.
