Legal status of road service station at the conclusion and implementation of the contract of transportation of the passenger

In this article questions of a legal status of bus station, as participant of process of implementation of transportation of the passenger are considered by the motor transport. The author on the basis of the analysis of the current legislation investigates the legal nature of the contract which provides relationship of a carrier, bus station and the passenger.
