Abstract:

The article discusses the new requirements for the higher education system in terms of innovative development of the Russian economy. Identified and justified the need to ensure higher education institutions being staffed with highly qualified personnel in order to provide educational services on the level required due to the innovative development of the Russian economy. The article proposes measures for implementation of new requirements for the higher education system.
