Abstract:

In article the analysis of influence of public danger on consequences of economic crimes is given. The conclusion about direct dependence of public danger of economic crimes on level of economy of the state and welfare of the population that has to involve a formulation of cost criteria of damage of economic crimes is thus drawn. It is thus offered to the legislator to use a special, author's formula of calculation of average percent of growth of economic indicators in a year. The received result is offered to be used as a reference point for change of cost criteria of damage in economic crimes.
