This scientific article includes international principles of corporate governance stock companies with state participation, in the context of the financial mechanism. Describes the approach taken by the City of Moscow with regard to dividend policy. Substantiates the interconnection between choice strategy of society and terms of development of the Moscow metropolitan area.
