Annotation:
The article describes the results of the study first phase of the International University «Dubna» and Dubna branch of Moscow State Technical University of Radioengineering, Electronics and Automation students’ motivational potential on the basis of the motivation Hackman-Oldham study, adapted to the educational process, as well as analyzes the dynamics of change in the motivational potential of various courses students and the main motivational factors that have a positive impact on students.
