Abstract:
The article analyzes the issues related to the activities of bodies of guardianship and guardianship to protect the rights of children in Russia, analyzes the legal framework aimed at improving the current legislation in the field of protection of children's rights, identifies the main problems of the appointment of the Ombudsman for children's rights and its activities. The work of bodies of guardianship and guardianship, to date, unsatisfactory in connection with poor personnel, delays in identifying a dysfunctional family, removing the child from the family. As for the Ombudsman for children's rights, its legal status needs to be adjusted. You should pass a Federal law regulating the detail of Ombudsman for children's rights in the Russian Federation and to consolidate the current legislation of the Russian Federation the right of legislative initiative of the official for the protection of the rights of children, parents, guardians, and other family members to create a favorable climate in the family.
