Abstract:
This article addresses the problem of the so-called epistemological, theoretic-cognitive approach to the study of legal reality. The emphasis is primarily on clarifying what and how reflected in the law (in legal consciousness, legal ideology, legislation) and with the help of what means, as far as legislation, legal practice is adequate to the displayed or legal relationships, which can Serve as a criterion for this adequacy. Undoubtedly, such an approach, based on the methods and data of a number of such special humanities, as linguistics, hermeneutics, logic, etc., has a great heuristic potential.
