Abstract:
In terms of large-scale transformations of the system of culture in Russia in the late XX - beginning of XXI century there are significant changes of the various institutions and subsystems. These changes are characterized by both positive and negative social impacts and require a comprehensive scientific understanding. Transformed institutional and legal system, including legal consciousness and legal culture.
