Abstract:

this article analyzes the development of political terrorism in historical perspective at various stages of development of methods and techniques of counteraction and improvement of the concept of terrorism in different historical conditions, the ratio of criminal and political terrorism. As methods were elected as the study of literary sources, synthesis, comparative analysis. In conclusion, the work provides a causal complex of political terrorism on the background of different levels of development of states and their structures, the connection of terrorism with the financial flows and the interests of different sectors of society and the state.
