Abstract:
The author of the article analyzes the specifics of legal regulation of collection of alimony for minors in court, as well as some aspects of enforcement proceedings for alimony. In the conclusion the author comes to the conclusion that the protection of the rights of minors in the collection of maintenance payments for their maintenance is possible only through the complex solution of problems related to alimony, including the interaction of public authorities among themselves and further improve the existing legislation.
