Abstract:
The problem of development of information culture of public servants, which is inextricably linked with the introduction of a competent approach. The competent approach in the field of professional development of civil servants provides additional opportunities for the integration of different philosophies of construction personnel policy. Management competence is a set of actions aimed at the acquisition of the required competence to meet the needs of public authorities in the qualitative and quantitative composition of personnel. The introduction of technology management competence should include organizational tools, procedures and allowing human resources to bring public authorities to a new level.
