Abstract:

This scientific article reveals the experience of police activities in combating illicit trafficking in firearms in Russia after the great Patriotic war of 1941-1945. And is a continuation of the article describing the experience of police activities in combating illicit trafficking in firearms in pre-revolutionary Russia and in Russia after the October revolution . To date, in connection with rampant organized crime, the threat of terrorist acts, the trafficking of weapons is very serious. According to the author, the historical experience helps to better understand and appreciate the problem. Attempt to consider the complex criminal law issues relating to illicit arms trafficking in Soviet Russia, gives the opportunity to explore the Genesis of their sources and consequences.
