Abstract:
Today, you can often hear about the conflict of interests in the field of taxation. This conflict between taxpayers and tax authorities regards tax evasion, capital outflow from Russia, the budget deficit. However, a conflict of interest due to objective reasons: they are gaps in the legislation, and the lack of effective work in tax administration, and calculation errors in relation to the implementation of social programs and augmentable budget
