Abstract:
The article is devoted to the construction of new and expansion of existing plants and factories of light industry of the region during the activities of Mordovian economic Council. It is stated that at the time of transfer to the economic Council, a number of enterprises, especially the plants produce about hemp, was in a critical condition. The study notes that in General, plans and capital works were not performed in 1957 and 1958, and in subsequent years, they were part of the development investment, but not in terms of construction and installation works, as not enough building material. It is concluded that from year to year, growing the cost of construction works and construction in progress. The problem of industrial construction was substandard work.
