Abstract:
The aim of our study is to examine and identify resource opportunities the impact of mediations on the process of formation of culture of political dialogue in modern Russia. The phenomenon of mediation in the legal-political space in certain aspects the previously studied F. Sharpton, P. Bourdieu, N. Luhmann. Methodology. The study of these problems required referral to the key provisions of the following theoretical-methodological constructions: - comparative historical analysis, in the framework of which conducted a study of the Genesis and evolution of dialogue mechanisms, based on the practice of mediation in the framework of the comparative approach; - system-synergetic approach allows to explore the resource opportunities of mediation mechanisms in the context of the phenomenon of self-organization of interpersonal interaction and interaction between civil society institutions. Conclusions. The study also concluded that increased use of mediation procedures in political and legal practice demonstrates not only the high political and legal culture of society, but also contributes to the creation of a regulatory framework for the formation of civil society, which is becoming more widespread practice in the application dialog of the methods of settling political and legal disputes. A practical value. The conclusions received during research, can be applied in the context of further study of the peculiarities of political and legal culture in modern Russia and analysis of mechanisms and dialog forms that accompany the process of self-organization of civil society institutions. Social consequences. In terms of the impact on society and policy the results of the study can be used in the process of constructive dialogue between political and legal actors. Originality/value. In new studies the possibility of forming a consensual political culture through the prism of wide application of mediation for political and legal mechanisms. The article can be useful to political scientists, specialists in public administration, and independent mediators-lawyers.
