Abstract:

Article is devoted to «zigzags» of criminal policy of state, which yesterday decriminalized, but today criminalized «slander», analysis emerging practice using of article 128.1 CC RF and actual juridical, moral-ethical problems, which law-enforcement practice already highlighted and, probably, still will highlight.
