Abstract:
The article specifies the obligation of the investigator to prevent crimes is to identify in a particular case the crime, the conditions conducive to the Commission of crimes at the facility, to take real steps to ensure that other facilities were eliminated for similar conditions, which can result in the Commission of crimes.
