Abstract:
The paper analyzes the reasons and mechanism for maintaining and stimulating sustainable economic growth, as well as the endogenous emergence of crisis conditions in the economy on the basis of the analysis of the ratios of stocks to flows and flows, and ways to restore regional economic growth in the post-crisis period. It is proved that the stability of the above relations is typical for the norms of behavior of economic agents in the conditions of stable economic growth. It is established that the verification of the conditions of the constancy of the flows-flows, flows-stocks and stocks-reserves allows establishing the necessary conditions for the economy to enter the growth trajectory.
