EMPLOYMENT OF THE POPULATION OF THE NORTH CAUCASUS FEDERAL DISTRICT: PROBLEMS AND REGULATION BASED ON THE EXAMPLE OF THE REPUBLIC OF INGUSHETIA

The purpose of writing this article is to study the main problems of the labor market in the Republic of Ingushetia. The research methodology is based on a quantitative analysis of the dynamics of the main demographic, socio-economic indicators and indicators of the labor market: population dynamics in general, population dynamics by place of residence, by age groups, dynamics of general, natural and migratory population growth, employment by economic activity, unemployment, unemployment. A correlation analysis was made between indicators characterizing the state of the labor market and the efficiency of economic development, it was revealed that the state of the labor market affects the efficiency of economic development, as evidenced by the existence of a significant correlation between GRP per capita and employment Republic of Ingushetia. The results of the study and the recommendations set forth in the article can be used in the development and justification of the program of social and economic development of the Republic of Ingushetia, can be useful to employees of state and municipal authorities with long-term planning in the field of socio-economic development and labor economics.
