Abstract:
The purpose of scientific work is study of the questions connected with theoretical and applied aspects of policy of import substitution, a condition and the prospect of her realization in agriculture in the conditions of the applied sanctions. In the course of the research conducted earlier, authors come to a conclusion that modern approaches to policy of import substitution allow to consider her as the element of national strategy of economic development reflecting internal processes of production and consumption and the related mechanisms of state regulation. Possible approaches to the complex solution of questions of import substitution, financing of production are determined by spheres and the fields of agriculture.
