FEATURES OF NOTIFICATION BY THE EMPLOYERS OF PENITENTIARY SYSTEM ABOUT FACTS OF INDUCEMENT OF COMMITING OF CORRUPTION OFFENCE

Objective: the article analyzes the provisions of article 9 of the Federal law of the Russian Federation of December 25, 2008 № 273-FZ «On combating corruption», as well as the requirements of departmental regulatory legal acts of the Federal penitentiary service of Russia, regulating the actions of employees of the penal system in addressing them in order to incite corruption offenses. Methodology: formal-legal and comparative-legal methods were used in the preparation of the article. Conclusions: taking into account the revealed gaps in legal regulation of the considered sphere and law enforcement activity, as well as the formulated proposals and recommendations, the basic provisions of the new departmental regulatory legal act approving the uniform procedure for notifying employees of the PIS of the Russian FSIN's own security units about the facts of treatment in order to incline them to commit corruption offenses are proposed. Research framework / the possibility of subsequent use of the results of scientific work: some provisions of the article characterizing the problems of combating corruption can be used in scientific research. Practical value: the Proposals formulated by the author can be used in the course of further improvement of anti-corruption legislation. Social consequences: the Article is of interest for the development of measures for the further prevention of corruption in the penal correction system. Originality / value: the Article is intended for scientists, specialists and a wide range of readers interested in the problems of combating corruption in the penal correction system.
