Abstract:
The article discusses types of structural interaction between business entities, as well as an analysis of types of economic relations arising between the economic elements. Legal rights are discussed as economic ties with different strength. Based on the thesis that the structure of any economic system includes a stable part, formed on the basis of property rights (the emergence of economic relations) and dynamic (dissipative) part, formed on the basis of contract law (the interaction between the actors) the authors offer a new understanding of the business -processes in enterprises. The paper proposes a selection of concepts of primary, secondary and tertiary organizations of economic structures that allow enhancing the understanding of business valuation. Business processes in the company are considered from the standpoint of self-organizing systems.
