Abstract:
Goal. The article is devoted to problematic aspects of the implementation of educational programs for specialty «Jurisprudence». The brief analysis of the reasons for the low academic mobility of students at national level has been performed. Methodology. The methodological basis of research is the dialectical method of cognition of reality, a set of scientific and specially scientific cognition methods, especially widely methodology for specific social legal studies was used (observation, questionnaires, analysis of written sources, and methods of summarizing information, etc.). Conclusions. Federal educational standards are necessary to provide a single list of obligatory disciplines of the professional cycle with a single number of hours devoted to classroom work and one reporting form. The possibility of subsequent use of results of scientific work. The results can be useful for further study of the implementation of educational programs. Practical value. The variants of improving the mechanisms for the implementation of education in various universities are provided. Social consequences. The quality of legal education affects both the level of legal awareness and legal culture of students - future citizens and Russian society as a whole. Value. The work is intended for all who care about the fate of Russian higher legal education. The social consequences.
