Content of crime counteraction policy of Kyrgyzstan and perspectives of modernization of its criminal law component

Crime counteraction policy of the state, being the tool for law enforcement, public safety and public peace, represents a synergy of criminal law, criminal procedure and penitentiary components. In article the concept of crime counteraction policy is given, features of its realization in Kyrgyzstan and prospects of improvement of criminal law are introduced. The methodology of the study contains provisions of materialist dialectics: scientific methods of comparative law, historical, system analysis; statistical and sociological research methods, and others. The research materials can also be used in the educational process at the teaching of criminal law and criminology, in the system of training officers of law enforcement agencies.
