Abstract:
The purpose of this article is to resolve the fundamental question of the applicability of rules on abuse of right to the personal rights. Trying to achieve this specific goal, the author analyzes domestic and foreign doctrine and jurisprudence (a comparative legal method). In conclusion, a methodology (algorithm) for hire is proposed.
