Abstract:
In this article, the features of revealing the motivation of criminal behavior of minors in the context of forensic psychology are examined. Recommendations are given on the correct setting of questions to the expert when assigning this type of expert study. The author concludes that the establishment of the motive of a crime has an important criminal-legal significance, since it allows to correctly determine the attitude of the subject to the criminal act and its consequences, the form and degree of guilt, the public danger of the person of the perpetrator and the crime committed by him.
