Abstract:
In the presented article covers the issues of formation of criminal liability for breach of privacy. On the basis of comprehensive research conducted by the author with the use of methods of historical and comparative legal analysis, a conclusion about the lack of effectiveness of the existing criminal procedures for dealing with violations of privacy. The possibilities to increase effect from the use of criminal legal action against violators of the right of privacy author sees a differentiated approach and the General strengthening of responsibility for violation of this constitutional right.
