Price as a condition of the contract of supply on the market of thermal energy

Background: In the Russian Federation adopted new array normative acts regulating the heat supply. At the same time updated the legal regulation of relations in the sphere of pricing on the market of thermal energy. In this regard, the need arose for the study of legal issues arising in the area of the state pricing policy and the prices of individual regulator (contractual terms). At the same time, these questions have not been investigated so far, which have determined the need to study this issue. Materials and methods: in the study of rates as a condition of the contract of energy supply to thermal power market, the author has used various methods of theoretical and empirical studies, for example: methods of analysis, synthesis, generalizations, and others. Results: the results of the conducted research the author came to the following conclusions: 1) the price as a condition of the contract of supply on the market of thermal energy is determined by agreement of the parties. At the same time there are exceptions; 2) the price is a more General concept that includes all other (rate, payment for connection (grid connection); 3) the price as a condition of obligations arising on thermal power market, can vary depending on the subject composition agreement. Conclusion: the resulting research findings can be used as part of an ongoing legal work and law enforcement.
