Abstract:
This article discusses the introduction of a single certification policy on the territory of CIS countries. The author emphasizes that in the context of globalization, when borders are erased, there is a need of international legal interventions to unify and harmonize the processes of standardization and certification, such regulation will contribute to streamlining in certain areas by establishing provisions for common and repeated use on the existing problems. This article is intended for graduate students, undergraduates, students and those interested in certification and standardization in the territory of the CIS member states.
