Abstract:
The system of modern state protection of the orphans rights and children left without parental care is being investigated. The main elements of this system are analyzed: international acts, legislative and by-laws of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan, central and local state bodies that protect, protect and ensure the rights of orphans and children left without parental care. The place of the prosecutor's office in this system is determined, as well as the role and importance of prosecutorial supervision in the modern state system for protecting the rights of this category of children.
