Abstract:
The change of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation is made in separate stages. However, even while the transition period, we can make a number of conclusions about the quality of transformation. Changes to the norms of the law on associations and unions suggest that the key problems are not yet resolved. First of all, the problem of entrepreneurial activity limits for a non-profit organization does not have an unambiguous assessment. Entrepreneurial activity (income-generating activities) of non-profit organizations is one of the most important element of the legal capacity, which determines the orientation of the legal regulation of non-profit organizations as a whole.
