Abstract:
In this article describes features of formation of system of sources of law in the first years of establishment of Soviet government. The scientific novelty of the study is a systematic approach to the analysis of sources of law.. The relevance of the article is determined by the lack of research revealing the system properties of sources of law at the stage of the formation of the Soviet state in the scientific literature. To analyze the diversity of the sources of law in the period under review, the study used an anthropological approach. The author assesses the sources of law in the period under review, and conclusions about their system properties.
