Abstract:
The article substantiates the necessity of optimization in different branches of law in the context of optimization of system of legal regulation of combating organized crime in General. Made and justify specific proposals. The results presented in the article of the study can be used in lawmaking. This article is intended for researchers and practitioners in the field of combating crime, as well as all those interested in this subject.
