Abstract:
Task - Explores some of the issues of legal regulation of interaction between operational units in the implementation of operative-investigative activity. Model - Methodological basis of the work - universal dialectic-materialistic method of cognition of objective reality. We used the General scientific methods of analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction. Conclusions - The successful implementation of such tasks as improving the efficiency of interaction of various organs in the fight against crime in the field of operational-investigative activity is possible only when the legal regulation of this activity. The scope of the study/possibility of subsequent use of the results of scientific work - The work complements the scientific and legal basis of the Institute of operational-investigative activity; can be used for further studies associated with the development of the analyzed problem. Practical importance - Some of the conclusions of the work may be taken into account in practice of operational law enforcement units in the organization of cooperation in the field of operational-investigative activity Originality/value - The analysis of the current legislation in the sphere of operational-investigative activity. Intended for scientists, teachers, students in all areas of legal profile, as well as practitioners of the operational divisions of law enforcement agencies.
