Abstract:

The article tells about the role of law enforcement agencies in implementing the main directions of state policy in the fight against economic crimes. The national policy of the country at the present stage of development of public relations should go to the development of new mechanisms for achieving social "tranquility" of the political, economic and spiritual sphere of society. The purpose of the "new" policy is to achieve the most effective sustainability of state forces and institutions of power. In other words, it is necessary to create a qualitatively new level of economic relations as the basis for the policy of economic security.
