Abstract:
The article substantiates the necessity of the system of legal regulation of combating organized crime. Examines the place and role in this system of comprehensive law "On combating organized crime". Proposals on improvement of legislation on fight against organized crime. The results presented in the article of the study can be used in lawmaking. This article is intended for researchers and practitioners in the field of combating crime, as well as all those interested in this subject.
