Abstract:
Today, when the system of training, retraining and professional development of civil servants isn't in line with the growth of personnel potential of the public service, the need for introduction of innovative approaches in process of civil servants training, including distance educational technologies becomes extremely urgent. In this article the author's model of distance education component efficiency in the civil servants training is described. The model is based on the T. Saaty’s Analytic hierarchy process and a results scale of the education, developed by N. Kuznetsova. The model based on formalized procedures and expert’s opinion allows establishing wright distance education elements for the education forms, applied for the civil servants.
