Abstract:
In this paper a study of the Russian legislation in the field of regulation of the powers of civil servants of public authorities and local governments in their handling of complaints and citizens through electronic resources. Proposals are being made to create a new electronic system, relying on the system "Anti-plagiarism" and "E-government" aimed at improving the performance and reducing the burden of Deputies of the Russian Federation for the reception, registration and consideration of citizens, as well as the resolution of the administrative-legal disputes arising of these appeals.
