Abstract:
In article questions of demographic processes in Russia and a number of foreign countries are analyzed. The acts and organizational measures and evolution of demographic function of the state are investigated, historical examples are given. Authors come to a conclusion that with development of the state also its demographic function evolves, the state applies legal means to regulation of demographic processes.
