The division of legal entities into corporations and unitary organization: from doctrine to practice

Inclusion of the division of legal entities into corporations and unitary organization in the Civil Code of the Russian Federation poses new challenges. It is necessary to establish clear criteria of division, to identify the importance of this classification. Herewith recent studies in this field have discovered a need to find additional types also within each group, for example, unitary organizations. The results can be taken into account in the reform of the civil law.
