Abstract:
The article presents a short review of fundamental problems of legal regulation of social-labor rights of special category of workers - pregnant women and women with children. The author reveals the lacunas in labor legislation, regulating the issues of conclusion, change and dissolution of labor contract and also the relationships on working time, leisure time and protection of labor of pregnant women and women with children, formulates a number of proposals with regard to improvement thereof.
