Abstract:
Aware of the diversity and complexity of the juvenile inspectors, in the article, the author tried to combine the main Russian laws regulating their activities, to analyze current practices and make recommendations for its improvement. In the article, the author, through analysis of legal acts, concluded that the provision of a safe and secure childhood, becoming the most promising areas of social policy. The effectiveness of the internal affairs bodies to a certain extent due to the level of professional skills of those who carry it out, as well as the knowledge of officials of the relevant legal acts, methods and techniques of work.
