Abstract:
In the review the monograph of E.A. Kirillova "Legal status of law enforcement agencies in the Russian Federation", which is an analysis of the main activities of the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation at the current stage, taking into account legislative reforms. The monograph is written on the basis of the current civil legislation, scientific research of modern authors and basic theoretical concepts of civilians, the monograph uses extensive jurisprudence. The subject of the study can be described as the legal status of the internal affairs bodies in the Russian Federation.
