Abstract:
In this article the author develops the thesis about the possibility of a broad interpretation of the concept of public prosecution. Under criminal investigation the author refers to any activity of the prosecution, to solve the crime and expose the culprit. Counter-terrorist operation is interpreted by the author as a specific form of criminal prosecution of individuals involved in terrorist activities. In the article, he argues in favor of this point of view and acts as a whole for deformalization prosecution and erasing the differences between procedural and operational-investigative activities.
