Abstract:
The article analyzes the legal position and the final conclusions of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation, which suggests disagreement-vannosti to disclose the nature and normative content of the legal phenomenon as an idea (the principle of) legal certainty. The questions of the relationship between substantial elements of this fundamental idea of a formal definition of the principle of law, the principle of stability of the final court decision, the rules of res judicata and non bis in idem.
